Nothing immediately stands out to the folks I asked. They said that the info from a dumpnsf -i would be helpful in spotting any anomalies. If that info is not too big you can post it here. If it is big then please open a support ticket and provide it on the ticket.
You may want to just go the support ticket route now since we may ask you to do that based on what we find (or do not find).
